We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Position: Casual Inbound Call Centre Agent (Work From Home)

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused inbound call centre agents to join our remote customer service team. This is a casual / part-time opportunity with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

Location: Work from home (South Africa)
Hours: 20 to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 (SAST). Flexibility is required, as shifts may vary from week to week.

About the Role:

  • Handle inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Accurately capture and process customer information on our internal system
  • Follow company procedures and compliance requirements at all times
  • Work independently and as part of a small, dedicated remote team
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail (essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • Reliable computer and high-speed fibre or LTE internet connection
  • Headset and webcam (dual monitors advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Previous inbound call centre or financial services experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours between Monday and Friday

Position: Code 10 Driver (Staff Driver)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Code 10 Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of staff, goods, and company materials between various locations.

Location:

Based in South Africa — must be willing to travel locally as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff to and from designated destinations
  • Deliver and collect company materials or equipment when required
  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and serviced on schedule
  • Follow all road safety rules, traffic laws, and company transport policies
  • Assist with basic vehicle checks and report any faults immediately
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel records

Requirements:

  • Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late afternoons
  • Matric (Grade 12) will be an advantage

Position: Human Resources (HR) Officer

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation, and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.

Location:

South Africa — hybrid or on-site (depending on company policy).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance department
  • Support performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and company policies
  • Handle staff queries professionally and confidentially
  • Assist with HR reporting, leave tracking, and staff welfare initiatives

Requirements:

  • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE Act)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Computer literacy — proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
